Do you see my data?
On your computer, no: your team, its chats and the Brain stay on your machine. In the cloud, they live in a private office made for you alone, and your phone and computers talk to it end to end encrypted. Your TenBrain account only signs you in and finds your office.
Which AI does it use, and what does that cost?
Your employees run on Claude or ChatGPT, through the plan you already have. TenBrain AI does not charge per message. Heavy days can use up your plan's limits sooner; the app shows how much you have used, and can switch to your other plan when one runs out.
What if an employee gets something wrong?
Anything that sends, posts, pays or can't be undone waits for your approval, and you can edit it first. You can set rules in your own words, per employee and per website, and every action is in the activity log.
How do I get a cloud office?
During early access, cloud offices are by invitation and no payment is taken. Create your account, choose Cloud Premium and enter your invite code. Your office is ready in about half a minute.
Can I move from my computer to the cloud later?
Yes. Sign in under Settings › General in the app and get your cloud office. Your team on your computer stays where it is, so you can go back.
Which computers and phones?
Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 or newer, Debian 12) during early access; Windows is in testing and macOS is on the way. The phone app is for Android 8 or newer; iPhone comes later.
